  • Responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating a marketing strategy to ensure the goals and objectives of the Bermuda Football Association are achieved.

  • Develops and manages short- and long-term marketing programmes and budgets, materials, and available resources, and oversees related activities, monitoring progress and evaluating performance.

  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns.

  • Collects market data and strategises to ensure awareness of industry trends and to advise the Association accordingly, including conducting market research to understand the Association’s consumers better.

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate (traditional or digital) channels.

  • Manage and execute all elements of an integrated marketing plan aligned to business objectives, including collateral, advertising, digital content, and marketing.

  • Conceptualise, plan, execute, and report on campaigns.

  • Participate in proposal and pursuit opportunities - content and design support.

  • Gather relevant KPIs and ROl information to measure campaign effectiveness, media awareness, and lead generation as appropriate.

  • Aggregate the best client-centric marketing materials (meeting documents, presentations, etc.) and share across Markets team to share leading practices.

  • Identify and provide recommendations for process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain exceptional knowledge of firm standards and brand compliance.

  • Act as an advisor to other team members and those from different business units

  • Provide oversight to interns, contractors, or suppliers as required.
